The SBRISOLOSA CAKE is a typical sweet of the Lombardy plains, and specifically of the Cremona province. Since the 1500s this traditionally home-made cake has been prepared and enjoyed on feast days. Fieschi makes this cake exactly as it was made centuries ago, using only natural and wholesome ingredients. The name of this cake derives from its consistency that tends to “sbriciolarsi” or crumble.
