AUGUSTO FIESCHI, appassionato conoscitore delle secolari tradizioni gastronomiche cremonesi, inizia nel 1867 a produrre torrone, mostarda e dolci tipici utilizzando esclusivamente ingredienti accuratamente selezionati e di ottima qualita.
Since then, the company’s philosophy has remained unchanged: to research and re-discover the flavours of our local culinary tradition and to present them in products of the highest levels that distinguish the “Fieschi Style”.

THE PRODUCTS
The common characteristic of our products is quality, which is high and consistent thanks to our careful selection of raw materials. These ingredients are natural and often organically grown, without genetically altered products and preservatives.

THE TERRITORY
Cremona is a city on the left bank of the Po River in the fertile and bustling Padana Plain, founded by Roman legionaries over 2,200 years ago. Since that distant time it has continued to develop and preserve the strong bond with the great river and the surrounding countryside, a source of resources and richness.
In the course of the centuries, thanks to its geographical location, Cremona became an essential destination in the commercial routes to and from northern Europe, thus contributing to the diffusion of the local specialities such as Mostarda and Torrone.
Many centuries later, this same fertile environment would give birth to Antonio Stradivari and his extraordinary violins, a source of great pride in the city.
